Which brand do you (primarily) work for?

So I focus on Garden Buildings Direct.

And what’s your role at Kybotech?

I’m a customer service rep in the customer care department.

Right – can you briefly explain what your role involves, Glenn?

I mainly deal with after-sales queries – so this could be processing potential refunds, checking any that might have issues, and then answering and tickets as they come in.

And how long have you worked at Kybotech?

It’s been 7 years now.

Wow, and how big is your team?

It’s about 10 to 12 people.

And what gets you out of bed and to work in the morning?

My family 🙂.

So Glenn, how have you found working remotely during the past 1-2 years?

Great actually! I’m away from distractions and I’ve found that it helps me focus.

What’s one proud moment you’ve had whilst working here?

Definitely being promoted to supervisor. Not just the title itself but being recognised for my hard work.

And what’s on your list to achieve over the next year?

Being patient!
